Position 1: Group Chartered Accountant
– 1
Ø Should be certified chartered accountant (Female Only)
Ø Should be able to handle independently all Taxes related
issues.
Ø Will be leading accounts and Finance Team and Report to
Board of Directors.
Ø Remuneration: A Minimum of USD 200.00 or INR 10,000.00 or
1% of Net Balance Sheet Value which ever is higher on Annual Basis.
Ø Fresher will be given First Preference.
Position
2: Independent Directors – 7 (only 1 for each segment of Business)
Ø Should have Investment Capacity of Minimum USD 25,000.00
or INR 12,00,000.00 with Lock in Period of 3 years. (under ESOP)
Ø Should have experience for building required Team and
Maintaining Team.
Ø Should be ready to shoulder responsibility towards
revenue generation and cost cutting.
Ø Remuneration: A Minimum of USD 1,000.00 or INR 50,000.00
or 1% of the Net Revenue Generated by Segment which ever is higher on Monthly
Basis.
Position
3: Company Secretary – 1
Ø Should be certified Company Secretary (Female Only)
Ø Should be able to handle independently all compliance related
issues.
Ø Will be leading Compliance Team and Report to Board of
Directors.
Ø Remuneration: A Minimum of USD 200.00 or INR 10,000.00 or
1% of Net Balance Sheet Value which ever is higher on Annual Basis.
Ø Fresher will be given First Preference.
Position
4: Doctor – Psychiatrist – 1
Ø Should be certified Doctor with Degree in Psychology
(Female Only)
Ø Should be able to improve internal strength of company by
counseling the people.
Ø Will be leading All Directors for betterment of organization.
Ø Remuneration: A Minimum of USD 200.00 or INR 10,000.00 or
1% of Net Balance Sheet Value which ever is higher on Annual Basis.
Ø Fresher will be given First Preference.
Position
5: Legal Executive – 1
Ø Should be certified Legal Practitioner (Female Only)
Ø Should be able to handle independently all Legal related
issues.
Ø Will be leading Legal Team and Report to Board of
Directors.
Ø Remuneration: A Minimum of USD 200.00 or INR 10,000.00 or
1% of Net Balance Sheet Value which ever is higher on Annual Basis.
Ø Fresher will be given First Preference.

6: CEO – 7
Ø Should have capability to manage core operations of the
Business.
Ø Should have experience for building required Team and
Maintaining Team.
Ø Should be ready to shoulder responsibility towards
revenue generation and cost cutting.
Ø Remuneration: A Minimum of USD 1,000.00 or INR 50,000.00
or 1% of the Net Revenue Generated by Segment which ever is higher on Monthly
Basis.
